When vacuum packaging fragile or easily deformable items, for example, if the target vacuum level is set to -5 kPa, -7 kPa, or -15 kPa, with a nozzle-type vacuum packaging machine, the bag may accidentally touch or block the nozzle tip, causing it to seal before reaching the set vacuum level. For experienced operators, by determining a few tips such as the length of the nozzle and the position of the item relative to the nozzle based on the softness of the bag, it is possible to achieve nearly the same finish. However, there may be instances where the operator changes, or someone inexperienced is working, and sometimes they may get distracted during the process. In such cases, this feature allows for sealing at the set vacuum level, ensuring a stable finish.
